By applying a high-visibility red dye and white developer, we ensure the structural integrity of our pipes and bars without damaging the material, guaranteeing leak-proof and flaw-free performance.
Spectro Chemical Analysis (NABL Approved Lab)
We conduct precise laboratory Spectro Testing through NABL-approved facilities to determine the complete chemical composition of metals. By accurately measuring trace elements and carbon percentages, this test ensures compliance with international standards, delivering certified validation for critical industrial applications.
Positive Material Identification (PMI) Test
Using advanced X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) technology, we provide on-the-spot chemical analysis to verify the exact grade of every metal. This non-destructive test ensures that the material—whether SS304, SS316, or specialized alloys—perfectly matches the required industrial specifications and certifications before dispatch.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
We utilize high-frequency sound waves to scan the internal structure of our metal products. This Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) method allows us to detect subsurface flaws, inclusions, or thickness variations that are invisible to the naked eye, ensuring 100% internal integrity for high-pressure and critical industrial applications.
Dimensional & Size Inspection
Using precision instruments like Digital Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Ultrasonic Thickness Gauges, we verify that every product adheres to exact client specifications. We meticulously measure Outer Diameter (OD), Wall Thickness, and Length to ensure perfect fitment and compliance with international dimensional standards like ASME, ASTM, and DIN.
Hardness Testing
We perform precise Hardness Tests using Rockwell and Brinell methods to measure the material's resistance to deformation and wear. By verifying the surface and core hardness of our pipes, bushes, and bars, we ensure they possess the necessary mechanical strength and durability required for heavy-duty industrial environments and high-friction applications.
